All of our on-board computers regulate the correct output quantity, which is automatically maintained by means of a permanent pressure regulation, based on the selected spray job and the recorded data from the sensors.
Each spray job is basically composed of the desired application rate (l/ha) and the actual row spacing (m) of the field. The working pressure required to apply the desired output is automatically adjusted depending on the driving speed.
In addition to the automatic mode described above, all on-board computers can also be operated in manual mode. This means that (e.g. in the event of a sensor failure) the treatment can always be carried out with manual adjustment of the working pressure.
Each version of the CleverSpray computer can be used with the necessary application software (available in the Google Play Store) on any mobile device (e.g. smartphone, tablet) with Android™ operating system and via Bluetooth® data transmission.
Equipped with electro solenoid valves, this version can operate up to 4 nozzle sections and can also be equipped with automatic plant detection via sonar sensors if required.
This can be managed by the CleverSpray Basic on-board computer:

Equipped with electro solenoid valves, this version can operate up to 8 nozzle sections, 2 blower covers, 1 LED nozzle light, 1 additional function, and can also be equipped with automatic plant detection via sonar sensors if required.
This can be managed by the CleverSpray Pro on-board computer:

- up to 1 LED-lighting for the nozzles
- up to 1 additional function
- up to 2 sonar sensors for automatic plant detection
Equipped with solenoid electrovalves, this version can operate up to 4 nozzle sections and 2 blower covers, as well as being equipped with automatic plant detection via sonar sensors if required.
The special feature of this version, however, is the operability of percentage blower covers, which, in contrast to absolute blower covers (complete opening or complete closing), can also be opened and closed steplessly to any percentage (e.g. 10%).
